Maximizing golf performance starts with the body. You don’t have to be a professional to benefit from the same basic fitness, flexibility, and breathing exercises practiced by the pros.

Mind Body Golf, developed in conjunction with The Center For Neurofeedback and Integrative Health in Paramus, is an intensive training program for golfers of all levels, novice to the most advanced, which enhances both performance and enjoyment of the game.
